A Commitment to Job Site Safety

Phoenix Electrical Technologies has developed a Safety Culture with all employees. Every Employee embraces and promotes good safety practices.

Phoenix Electric’s employees are empowered to promote safety. We are determined to keep our job sites safe so that every employee goes home safely at the end of each day.

New Hire Orientation

All apprentices and helpers receive a minimum of 16 hours of Basic Electrical Safety, Arc Flash Training, OSHA-10 and fall protection training.

Phoenix Electric Foreman receive a minimum of 38 hours of safety training. All Foreman have OSHA-30, Lock-out Tag-out training, ARC Flash silica, scaffolds and fall protection training.

Phoenix Electrical Technologies Competent Person

All foremen have received Competent Person training allowing them to identify existing and predictable hazards.

Most importantly, they are granted full authority to take prompt corrective action if they observe an unsafe practice.

Safety Committee

Phoenix Electrical Technologies has established a Safety Committee to ensure that we address the needs of our employees and clients.

The committee members are comprised of both office staff, Director of Operations, Director of Safety, Office Manager, and the field staff two-foreman, and two apprentices. The committee meets monthly via TEAMS and quarterly in person. It is paramount that we have input throughout our organization
