ASLA Headquarters

ASLA's Headquarters in Chinatown, Washington D.C. underwent a full building renovation that included new offices, a reception area, a kitchenette, conference rooms, and modernized MEP systems. The building also received a new storefront, multiple staircases, and updated entrances and exits. The renovation achieved LEED Platinum certification from the USGBC and WELL silver certification from the International WELL Building Institute's WELL standard. The old office space was small and dark, but a skylight was added to the green roof to bring in natural light. The office now features cool blue lighting to maximize productivity and regulate staff members' circadian rhythms.
